Volvo EX90 Twin Motor Ultra

Range test

Volvo EX90

Twin Motor Ultra

The Volvo EX90 Twin Motor Ultra covered 553 km at 90 km/h at 17 °C in the range test, using 190 Wh/km. A very thirsty car had been expected, but the almost 2.9-tonne seven-seater proved about as efficient as the Polestar 3, which shares its battery. It felt very quiet and comfortable yet fun to drive, and the automatic lane change worked even in curves. But the Bose sound system scored only five out of ten, the seats lack ventilation, and Chinese rivals seem to offer more features and faster charging for the money.
