NIO EL6 100 kWh

Range test

NIO EL6

100 kWh

The NIO EL6, the smaller sibling of the EL7, went 397 km at 90 km/h in the winter test. On a drive at around -10 °C, the ride was comfortable and fairly quiet, though not as quiet as the EL7, and the lane keeping no longer slowed down in curves but steered a little nervously. A thermal camera showed a cold spot at the panoramic roof. Fast charging reached about 176 kW at Ionity, the fastest seen from a NIO so far, though the speed briefly dipped mid-session.
