MG IM5
100 kWh Performance AWD
The MG IM5 100 kWh Performance AWD is one of the thirstiest cars in the summer tests, yet its big battery still gave 473 km at 90 km/h at 13 °C. On a short, wet loop it proved remarkably quiet and comfortable, quieter even than a Nio ET5 Touring, and very manoeuvrable thanks to rear-wheel steering. The poor rear visibility was a drawback, and both motors stayed active even in eco mode. The large battery and very fast charging arguably make up for the thirst.
