Hyundai Kona Electric

65 kWh (2024)

The 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric 65 kWh went 359 km at 90 km/h in the winter test at around -5 °C, a good result for a spacious SUV. The new Kona is roomier, and the smooth lane keeping, more like a German car or a Tesla, and the Bose sound system, rated seven out of ten, won praise. On rough tarmac it was noisier than many rivals, and when the wheel was released the lane keeping simply switched off. The battery had been warmed in a garage before the test.
