BMW i5
M60 xDrive
The BMW i5 M60 xDrive covered 351 km at 90 km/h in the winter test at around 1 °C on wet roads, using 223 Wh/km. The comfort, seats and soundproofing won praise, and the Bowers & Wilkins sound system earned ten out of ten. After a 1,000 km challenge the car temporarily reduced fast charging speed, but within about a day it was back at around 200 kW. Usable capacity was about 78 kWh, the same as the i4, and such a big, thirsty car arguably deserves a larger battery.
