Volkswagen e-Crafter
The Volkswagen e-Crafter used 363 Wh/km in the winter test at −3 °C, more than any other vehicle in the database, and managed only 87 km. Yet the van carries 10 m³ of cargo and still used less energy than a Tesla Model X pulling a trailer, which takes only about 3 m³. Compared with diesel vans it felt remarkably quiet and comfortable, especially in city traffic. A battery about 50% larger would be welcome, but the biggest problem is the awkwardly placed charge port, as fast charging meant blocking several charging stalls.
