NIO ES8
75 kWh
The NIO ES8 with the 75 kWh battery is one of the thirstiest cars in the range tests and managed only 285 km at 90 km/h. This comes down to its sheer size, bigger than an Audi e-tron or even a Tesla Model X, yet it still proved comfortable and spacious. About 68 kWh of usable capacity was measured, a larger share than in the 100 kWh pack, and it charged about as fast. That makes the smaller battery something of a hidden gem, even if the range stays short.
