MG MG4 XPower

Range test

MG MG4

XPower

At around -24 °C, the MG4 XPower used 263 Wh/km at 90 km/h, one of the highest consumption figures in the winter-season results. The display never shows more than 298 Wh/km, so the 120 km/h result had to be calculated by hand. Fast charging impressed: with the battery at about 6 °C and a low charge level it still took over 100 kW, although the car limited power below roughly 15%. The seats were comfortable, but the MG Pilot driver assistance proved unreliable.
