Denza D9
Performance
The Denza D9 Performance is one of the thirstiest cars in the range tests, but its large battery still took it 467 km at 90 km/h at around 17 °C. Then again, it is a 5.2-metre van, and its luxurious rear seats, fridge and soft, quiet ride were real highlights. The adaptive cruise control spoiled the smoothness by constantly pulsing the power up and down, so driving manually proved the smoother option. It ranks as the best van tested so far, ahead of the Mercedes EQV and VW ID. Buzz.
